I am a member of icai and going out of India. I am eligible to work there. do I need to inform the institute. I am not holding the COP.

The prospective employer of the counrty where you are going to work would insist for Certificate of Good Standing, which you need to obatin from the Institute. Check this from your employer firstly..!!
