Members of BOARD MEETING
In a board meeting of directors, whether both non-executive and executive directors participates or only non-executive directors? And whether directors sitting fees under 197(5) which is maximum 1 lack, is given to both class of directors or only one?

Executive directors are not given sitting fees
They are not entitled
