can anyone please suggest that according to the corporate laws,2013 or other relevant act can private limited company be a member of registered educational society?

Yes... Company can become member
please re-confirm as the company is profit making organisation , but society is a non-profit organisation
but in my opinion it is not possible since society is a non-profit organisation while company is a profit making entity...
