no it's not possible to have 2 AGM An AGM meeting if not completed may be adjourned to some other day time place but agenda will not change which was supposed to be transacted at the AGM
yes two AGM can be held on same day {in ref to Israel vs Atlas engineering ltd.} because there is no prohibition in companies Act 2013. pending AGM of previous year can be held in current year
