Can anyone please tell what all is included in the term "medical treatment" for reimbursements upto Rs. 15,000/- for salaried employees?
eg. bills for tests, checkups, consultations, lens, spectacles, medicine purchases etc?

basically it includes all the expenditure incurred on medical treatement like medicine bills, lab test fee, consultation fee and related exp.
