in year 2013-14 i had gone through the operation of cholecysctomy by laparoscopic method which was costing around 100000 so can i claim this medical treatment under section 80ddb medical treatment of self

yes section 80DDb provides deduction for himself also. So you can claim if your disease is covered under that section.
i didnt read about this disease in sec 80ddb. so according to me you are not eligible for 80ddb.
