I want to know, Is there any Payment time frame for Medical Claim/Reimburement to employee, i.e. If an employee submit medical claim/reimbursement for Arpil in August, can it be reimbursed??? Is there any such rule there or any anybody can claim reimbursement at any point of time irrespective of month and take the reimbursement?? Kindly suggest ..........
1) Yes, it can be reimbursed.
2) Generally, the employee shall submit all his Medical bills to the Employer by end of January.
3) Sometimes the Company's internal policy may decide the last date for colletion of the Medical bills from the Employee
4) But it should be kept in mind that the Medical Bills should be genuine, as they are open to verification by the Auditor or the Income Tax / Assessing Officer.
