Hi all,
if a person getting medical allowance Rs. 1250 pm, can that person get medical exemption upto Rs. 15000 if he preserves medical bills upto that extent?? or is it specific that person has to get reimbursement of that expenses from company?
pls clarify me with section.

so you mean he can claim as exemption if he just preserves bills.
