IT MEANS STOCK LESS CREDITORS????
MY CLIENTS CC CONDITION IS 25% OF PAID STOCK & 50% OF DEBTORS
SO I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHAT MENAS BY PAID STOCK

Yes it means Stock in hand minus creditors.
Well, I never heard about the term "PAID STOCK" related with our goods or FINISHED GOODS anyhow.
What I understand with PAID STOCK is,
it is PAID UP CAPITAL, that means the total amoutn paid by the SHARE HOLDERS against the Equity or Preferance Shares issued to them.
Let wait for other answers also.

but if stock is 4000000/- and creditors is 8000000/-
then negative ans comes...
