Agricultural land means land located other than municipality jurisdiction having population of 10000 or more. I have a query whether this word municipality includes gram panchayat ???
means i dont hv a municipality but i m locoated in Gram panchayat and if that gram panchayat having more than 10000 population then its a agricultural or non agriculture land ???
