IFSC stands for international financial service centre ,& a company established in specified IFSC area provides financial services exclusively outside domestic economy ,You can compare it as offshore banking unit (OBU) ,Like fund raising ,NRI can hold accounts , Settlement of foreign exchanges etc ...
and it has to follow laws and rules of domestic economy.....right ?
