Can anyone please tell me if MDAR ( Mangement DIscussion and Analysis Report ) is important for all an annual Report ?

If so then what should be its main Contents ?

Is CSR (corporate Social Responsibility) needed for all company and can CSR be a Part of MDAR?

MDAR is applicable to listed company.....Refer clause 49 (IV)(F) of the listing agreement..

CSR is not mandatory but as a good corporate practice many companies are spending good amount on CSR.....

MDAR and CSR are part of director's report.
