MCA to penalise CA's, CS's & CWA's for false certification

Ministry of corporate Affairs has announced that Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and Cost Accountants , who have made false or incorrect certification will have to face penalties, which may in some cases even extend to cancellation of their licences. . . . . . . . . . . . . i m agree with sanjay sir,

but i think wrong certificates issued intentionally or negligence should penalise not everyone.
