Hello! My mother and I are directors in an LLP. We need to file forms 8 and 11 for the LLP. So my CA needs OTPs from both her and me. The CA was easily able to log in and send out email and phone number OTPs for my mother's email ID and phone. However, for me, we have been trying since Friday and I never get an OTP (both on email and on my phone). What should I do?

The Root Cause: The OTP block usually stems from either a deactivated DPIN (due to a missed DIR-3 KYC) or because your individual MCA V3 portal login is not correctly set up as a Business User (Director/Designated Partner) linked to your DPIN.

Immediate Fix: Ensure your DIR-3 KYC is compliant, confirm your MCA profile type is upgraded to a "Business User," clear your browser cache, and if the issue persists, have your CA raise a technical support ticket on the MCA website with your KYC documents.
