Please tell filing of Balance Sheet and Annual Return in Form 23AC & ACA and Form 20B by simply mentioning Sd/- in place of actual signature of directors is a legal method. Share your experience & thoughts.

Filing of Balance Sheet and Annual Return in Form 23AC & ACA and Form 20B by simply mentioning Sd/- in place of actual signature of directors is not a legal method. Approval or signature of two authorised personnel i.e MD and Manager is required whether u have opted physical or e-filing as it implicates that documents have been duly certified and compliant of section 272A "Statement of Directors responsibility".

I would like to update you regarding filing of BS with Sd/- signing.

As informed by my learned friend it is very much possible legally. For support you may check the instruction kit attached with Form 23AC. Please review your answer as Section 272A is not there in companies act, 1956
