My query is an OPC ( One person company ) came into effect from May, 2017 and from that year the company has not filed Inc 22A, DIR3 KYC and annual returns and financial statements of 17-18. What will be the penalty for non filing of various forms

From 1st July 2018, Additional Fee for Non Filing of Form AOC-4, MGT-7 is Rs.100/- per day, for total of Non filing fee you can check the same from MCA website , in enquire Fee column

For Non Filing of DIR-3 KYC , penalty of Rs.5000/- is charged by MCA and for INC 22A the penalty of Rs.10,000/- is there.
