Hello -
1- Has MCA permanently allowed all Board meetings including the one required to approve financial documents to be through Audio Video Mode ?
2 - Has MCA also allowed all AGM to be held through Audio Video Mode permanently? If not until what date is this allowed.

Board Meetings: Permanently allowed for all agenda items via VC/OAVM (since 15 June 2021).
AGMs: Permitted via VC/OAVM on a temporary basis, currently extended by the MCA "until further orders" (latest update as of September 2025).
