Whether we have to make linking of UTN on MCA after NEFT payment within 2 days (48 hours) of payment from concerned bank or uploading of form?
suppose I filed a form on MCA portal on 7 th Dec., it shows expiry date as 8th Dec. if i makes payment on 8th but due to subsequent sunday i couldnt link the UTN on the Portal in time.
whether SRN of form whose expiry date was 8th Dec. will be considered as expired and it will be non-compliance?????
