MCA issued w.e.f. 21.4.2012, new version of Form 23C and Form 23D which can be downloaded from MCA website.

I understtod, for the compliance report (as per Cost accounting record rule), 23C is not required to be filed. Is it correct? further what is the fee CMAs are charging for compliance report of a co of med sixe (200 annual TO)? Any idea?
