I faced the same error. Found the problem to be in the URL.

Kindly use https://www.mca.gov.in/ instead of just mca.gov.in

Just finished uploading my form. Worked for me.

Dead Marc Chaudary, I used the above link that u had given. Even then it showing the same error. I am unable to view the documents that I have downloaded. Till now I have downloaded the same companies for several times. Every time I download the documents, I try to open them, but it says that there has been an internal application error and your request can not be processed and after some time they disappear and I had to download them again. Please some one resolve this issue. I wanna know where is the problem atleast.....

I am getting same problem when uploading SPICE forms for  INC. I had uploaded it once and I got a mail back for resubmission. I am trying since 10 days for resubmission. After I ipload i get an error message saying MCA21 Error page- Our apologies. The request cannot be processed as thre has been intrnal application error. Now my SRN has also expired and I have written to them to reopen as I have already paid an amount of 4300 towards stamp duty etc.

Also please let me know incase I plan to open a new ticket, will I get refund of what I paid. ie stamp duty & form fees. If yes how?

Ramesh V, Did your problem get solved? If yes, please advise how? I have been calling MCA guys continuosly and they say there is some error with website which will get solved soon? When? they have no concrete answer to that!

I did that too and tried but same issue. I called these guys also, they said website issue and they are working on it. I am filling SPICE forms (INC 32,33,34) Now my date has also expired. They asked me to write a mail to them to reopen. So I am waiting for that to start trying again.

Hello Pratik, I have a problem in opening the downloaded documents from mca, I have Adobe Reader and I was able to open documents earlier. Now I'm paying money and I'm downloading the documents, but when I'm trying to open them it is saying that 'there is internal application error and try after sometime'.......I don't understand what the problem is bcoz, I downloaded documents of one company. I was able to open few (only three) documents of 2016. But I can't open the other documents of the same company and of the same year. I have paid Rs.600/- till now but for nothing.....If u know something about this please let me know.....I'm going mad....

Hi Shreya, I am still not able to understand what is happening with you (whether it is problem at mca website or the problem is at your computer while opening downloaded document).
Anyways, if you do not have any problem, I can check it via Teamviewer.
