pls how to solve this below reamrks
his is to inform you that in term of Rule 10 of the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014, the above-cited Form INC-7,Form INC-22,Form DIR-12 dated 15-09-2014 filed vide SRN C20283552 has been examined and marked as Sent for resubmission with the following remarks-
III(A) 3,4&5 to be deleted. III(C) to be removed. Clause IV is incomplete in MOA. 2(68) of the Act for definition of Private company is incomplete in AOA. Witness has to be as per Rule 13(1) of Incorporation Rules by the Ministry’s Notification. advised the promoters to comply the above.
