Please find attached circular on DIN Allotment by MCA dt 07.04.2011.
Summary:-
Mandatory PAN to be furnished by all existing DIN Holders who have not furnished during their DIN Allotment.
DIN-4 to be filed before 31st May 2011.
PAN will be made mandatory.

To Add on to the above Summary
DIN-1 Mandatory fields as follows:-
1. Name of Applicant
2. Fathers name of the Applicant
3. DOB
4. PAN for all Nationals
5. Passport for all Foregin Nationals.
