Distance learning programmes don't hold much value. You can join a full time MBA and continue doing CA alongside.

Having an MBA degree along with CA is a good choice. Since you are pursuing CA course, distance MBA will definitely add value to your CV but it will be much better if you choose full time MBA from a reputed B-school.
