Stanford needs candidates with steller acads/profile and an average work ex of 3-4 years.
You'll have to take an exam called GMAT. And then TOEFL/ILETS(Most probably TOEFL)
Top Business Schools in USA may also need Recommendation letters from your Managers/Employers.
You may even have to write a few essays, draft an SOP and there's lot more. Better go to a career counseller to know more.
