I suggest you to go for a Full time programme instead of a distance degree. Managerial Skills are not acquired by cramming before exams. And for a Chartered Accountant, distant MBA is useless in my experience. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the universities which you have listed as both of them are premier universities. But the degree you are choosing to do is inappropriate and may only waste your time and efforts. Most of the Chartered Accountants lack communication skills as it is like a correspondence course though it is not. ICAI has initiated several programmes such as Orientation and GMCS to establish a different direction in a student's mind when it comes to the Corporate Environment. So try acquiring the skills which you don't have by targetting top B-schools or instead of wasting time for a Distance MBA, go for CPA/CFA/FRM which have more value.
