there may not be any relief on these grounds as u may have indicated your eligibility and accepted the college rules. see all details in prospectus and read the terms contained. I understand your pains but try to speak to college authorities and consult a local advocate if your fee remittance are on higher side. rules are different in different university and states as indicated by ankit vyas. all the best.
