May i take transfer 2nd time in first year of artecleship
Hi Everyone,
Please help me. I am going to take transfer 2nd time in my first year of article ship. Whether I can do the same. If yes then when I will fill my form of article ship 3rd time. how will I fill the details of first two firm in registration form.

Yes you can take ,
In form 103, the detailsof previous principal under whom you have worked will be asked, fill there the details asked, you can fill both of your principal details
Your articleship will commence from that date when you will register under new CA.
As per regulation no 56 der is no restriction on trf of articles during 1st yr...
