first fil up all your details as per your transactions
then you save date then proceed to file if you have sufficent balance like ITC no need for payment
Other wise system will ask you to create challan the you click ok system automatically grnerate the challan then you can pay GST by using e banking.
if you know value of tax to be deposit , the challan can be create Under Head "Services" select the create challan
