LLP can't pay remunertion to partner because it has only 10 thousand in account. (Newly started LLP -No profit in 2018-19)
May Designated Partner of LLP take Remuneration of 150000? and that remuneration carry forward as loss in next year? Means may I take remuneration of 2018-19 in 2019-20?

You can show remuneration to partners even if you have not funds to pay. You can add this to their capital account.
