Hiiiiiiiiiiiii frnds.....can anyone give me amendments applicable for may 2011 ipcc exams.....in concern with LAW and TAX....

i have heard that there have been some minor changes in law like the definition of gratuity etc......please help..........

will finance act 2010 cause any changes in service tax and vat????? please help.......

Hi Jyoti,

With regard to Taxation for IPCC May 2011 exams, Finance Act 2010 is applicable. The Amendments applicable for May 2011 exam is attached herewith.

With regard to Gratuity amendment, u refer to the Student Journal of Aug/Sept 2010, in that gratuity limit is increased, which i hope will be applicable for may 2011 and onwards.
