Hi everyone

I am having Munish Bhandari's CORPORATE LAWS & SECRETARIAL PRACTICE FOR CA FINAL - Jan 2009 edition.

can anyone tell whether this one is enough or i av to purchase a new book for may 2010 exams.

if this book is enough and i av to go through only amendments, circulars and notification, then can you please whether the same is availble in net.

go through only amendments, circulars and notification....................see module .............in each chapter...........at last page..........there was given suggestions & readings..........there may b the name of site also given (if any)...........check amendments directlt on net then...........thake care
