why is the institute expecting students to remember sections and rules(i.e. their numbers) in IDT paper ? Though we have understood the content of the section very well , if we dont know the section number to which our understanding pertains, we are bound to loose unnecessarily entire marks allotted because the question is asked as to "what does this section no. .... say?".
