i am refering CA Sumit Agarwal Audit book which updated as per new company act 2013 which contain sec.210 to 213 as per ICAI study Material and Past 34 Attempt questions & answers..and i am satisfied with this book you can also compare it from our ICAI study Mat..around 600 Pages book very good and too the point as per exam....

Yes there are new changes in the book.
Check ipcc May 2015 practice manuals and ipcc 2015 rtp to get a good grip over it. IPCC May 2015 admit card will be coming soon.
