Maximum time limit between ipcc and finals

Respected sir/mam

I have cleared my CPT in june,11 then IPCC 1st group in may 12 and 2nd group in may 13.. My final was also due.. but due to some personal issues, I couldn't appear finals yet.. and right now I am not in India..

So my concern is

Is there any time limit.. that I have to appear finals or I can appear any time.. like after another 2 years..

And what are the other things I need to do.. ( I have completed one orientation programme, one itt, one gmcs)
