Is there a Maximum Limit for ROC(MCA) Fees for Incorporation of Public company?
Stamp duty has a limit, depending upon state to state. But for ROC is there a limit?
MCA Fees Calculator doesnot limit any fees. Pls enlighten me if any limit is prescribed in any schedules under Companies Act, 1956.
