05 August 2011Is there a Maximum Limit for ROC(MCA) Fees for Incorporation of Public company?
Stamp duty has a limit, depending upon state to state. But for ROC is there a limit?
MCA Fees Calculator doesnot limit any fees. Pls enlighten me if any limit is prescribed in any schedules under Companies Act, 1956.

Mca fees include stamp duty and others fees
it depend upon company authorized capital of the comapny
