Maximum land holding??

I think for this you need to refer to Urban Land Ceiling Act 1976. This act is aplicable to state of haryana under article 252 of the constitution

I presume that the land mentioned by you is not agriculture land and hence ceiling will be applicable which is laid down by section 4 of the said act which runs as under:

4. (1) Subject to the other provisions of this section, in the case of Ceiling

every person, the ceiling limit shall be,- iindt.

(a) where the vacant land is situated in an urban agglomeration

falling within category A specified in Schedule I, five hundred

square metres;

(b) where such land is situated in an urban agglomeration falling

within category B specified in Schedule I, one thousand square

aietres;

(c) where such land is situated in an urban agglomeration falling

within category C specified in Schedule I, one thousand five hundred

square metres;

(d) where such land is situated in an urban agglomeration falling

within category D specified in Schedule I, two thousand square

metres.

you need to find out the area in which the land is situated and it falls inder which catagory and find out the area applicable

I alreay got the answer sir.....specific provisions are contained in Section 5A for charitable/religious trust.
