I want to know as per Companies Act, 2013 what is the maximum celling of remuneration of a director in private limited company and waht is the procedure of giving such remuneration.

Remuneration ceilings on a director is only applicable on public limited companies or pvt ltd companies subsidiary of public limited company i.e. deemed public comapny.
Therefore in your case ceiling limit is applicable only if it is a subsidiary of public limited company otherwise it will not be applicable and you can pay remuneration subject to articles or by passing resolution in GM or BM.
