Maximum Audit by Auditor

hi bro....as far as tax audit que arises a practicing chartered cn perform unlimited tax audit......n ceiling limit does nt include proprietor or branch audit .....neither interanl audit ......hmm bt it include bank audit.....as per company law the ceiling limit for a chartered is 20 public company out of which not more den 10 company should hav capital more den 25 lac.....n company law does nt include pvt limited co in ceiling limit.....bt as per ICAI a practicing charted cn only conduct audit of 45 companies including pvt ltd co......n i gues d whole concept is clear to u....if der is still sm doubt in ur mind den u cn contact me my id is rahul9312 @ gmail.com
