I started my PPF a/c on Feb 1999, it matured on April 2014. I want to withdraw the total amount on Nov 2014. Now The amount I will get on Nov 2014 will be same amount as on 1st April 2014 or with the interest ( what % ) of the period between April 2014 to Oct 2014 ?

You might get interest from April to Nov 2014 on maturity amount at SB rate and not on PPF rate.
