I filied form ADT-3 of one private limited company for auditor resignation. Now form showing status in MCA "Matters referred to RD". Please guide me to sort out this issue.

The issue must have been resolved now. Plz tell What is the result and what u have done to approve the same.
I have filed Form STK-2 and the status is showing - matter referred to RD.
I donot udnerstand it.
I met ROC at that time. I consult with him and he approve the form. It happen due to technical issue.

HELLO SIR, I TOO HAVE FILED FORM STK-2, THE STATUS OF WHICH IS MATTER REFFERED TO ROC. PLZ SUGGEST WHAT TO DO IN THIS CASE AS I DON'T HAVE ANY CONTACT OF ROC KANPUR.
