Matter referred to rd

The issue must have been resolved now. Plz tell What is the result and what u have done to approve the same.

I have filed Form STK-2 and the status is showing - matter referred to RD.

I donot udnerstand it.

I met ROC at that time. I consult with him and he approve the form. It happen due to technical issue.

HELLO SIR, I TOO HAVE FILED FORM STK-2, THE STATUS OF WHICH IS MATTER REFFERED TO ROC. PLZ SUGGEST WHAT TO DO IN THIS CASE AS I DON'T HAVE ANY CONTACT OF ROC KANPUR.
