SINCE THIS FORMULA IS BASED ON LAST TWO DIGIT OF YOUR MOBILE NUMBER 

Now Step-1 = Multiply those two digit by 2 

                         means our original number get Doubled = ( ) * 2

Step-2 = ADD 5  IN STEP-1  ,  Means = ( ) * 2 + 5

Syep-3 = MULTIPLY  STEP-2  BY  50 

                MEANS NOW IT WILL BECOME = {  ( ) * 2 + 5  } * 50

                                                                          = ( ) * 100  + 250

STEP-4  ADD YOUR AGE 

               MEANS YOUR NEW NUMBER = ( ) * 100  + 250 +  AGE

STEP-5 ADD 365 AND LESS 615 

                MEANS NEW NUMBER WILL BE =( ) * 100  + 250 +    AGE  +  365- 615

                                                                            = ( ) * 100  +      AGE 

IN OTHER WORDS IT WILL BECOME =     AGE
