Dear Experts,
From 1st August 2023 E-Invoice applicable to above 5cr TO cases.
Also the recent clarification for E-Invoice can be prepare/upload upto 7 days from the date of invoice.
- What is this mean?
- Can we send materials through Normal invoice?
or
- Is there E INVOICE must for sending goods?
I'm very confused. So, Please explain the process and clear my doubt.

Once e_invoice is applicable , material should not be sent without e_invoice and e_waybill .
E-invoice is applicable
Okay, If E-Invoice must for material sending. Then what about the 7 days time limit for preparing E-Invoice after the date of Invoice prepared.

Challan is sufficient . Many limited companies issue invoice cum delivery Challan. e invoice is mandatory in case of companies having turnover more than 5 chores.
If turnover is above 5 crores then e-invoice must be issued
Please read the query once again.
