MATERIALS SEND WITHOUTE INVOICE

Dear Experts,

From 1st August 2023 E-Invoice applicable to above 5cr TO cases.

Also the recent clarification for E-Invoice can be prepare/upload upto 7 days from the date of invoice.

- What is this mean?

- Can we send materials through Normal invoice?

or

- Is there E INVOICE must for sending goods?

I'm very confused. So, Please explain the process and clear my doubt.
