Material sent for exhibition

Sir,

we are manufacturer in Haryana,
want to participate in exhibition held by other person in noida.

we have booked a stall in exhibition
to show our products.

please let me know can we issue a invoice or challan for material.

Goods may be transported to exhibition place through delivery challan.

If sales get through, tax invoice to be prepared by charging IGST as the place of supply will be in Noida.

In GST place of supply is reckoned from the point of view of place of recipeint which in your case is Noida. So sale made by you at exhibition will be an inter state sales and IGST will be leviable.

Goods may be transported to exhibition place through delivery challan.
