Material respects in financial statements

today I am studying the chapter of auditing and assurance of CA intermediate

In the book it is written that

" the financial statements should be prepared in all material respects in accordance with the applicable financial reporting framework"

then in this whole line what is the meaning of material respect of a financial statement.
