Dear Sir
I entered into a contract with a intra state party. i had to pay a security deposit which is done on 27.01.2021. I received the material on 11.02.2021. but still i have not received the Invoices.
Please let me know what is the period within which supplier needs to furnish the invoices and also in which form "By post/mail/whatsapp".

Normal tax invoice- immediately
continuous supply of goods- invoice should be raised when the goods are about to be moved to delivery or before. So it’s ASAP. Companies can receive invoice either through post or emails or n delivery
