There are two units of the same software company,one is not in SEZ and other is in SEZ.Should we tax them Under MAT U/S.115JB for the SEZ unit and normal tax for the other unit or apply same rates for both.ie.can we apply MAT for both units.

MAT shall be applicable to the company.
Only thing is while calculating Book profit u/s 115JB - All receipts & expenses of that SEZ unit has to be excluded -Just like the way when one of the undertaking used to claim deduction u/s 10A/B earlier.
