Married daughter right in her father's ancestral property.
Dear Concern,
In reference of above kindly please give suggestions: Is there is right of single alone daughter of her parents in ancestral property of his father? Does his father has right to sell the ancestral property to anyone without taking consent of his /her successor's ?

Actually you would have got many supporting answers if the query was posted in LCI.
Here let me tell, she has equivalent right over ancestral property as good as his father/brother.
The Hindu Succession Act, 1956, originally did not give daughters inheritance rights in ancestral property. They could only ask for a right to sustenance from a joint Hindu family. But this disparity was removed by an amendment to the Act on September 9, 2005.
