I own a marriage hall in a village and earning income from renting it on daily basis for marriages etc. In filing ITR, I should include this income where ?. Either as Income from house property or as Business Income?. Can I use presumptive return ITR4s. Thanks in advance.
Show it as business income, and can file ITR 4S
Sir I would like to know what I should select as 'Nature of Business' in ITR 4S for Including Marriage Hall Rental income?. Further minimum percentage on my receips to be shown as income in this case. Thanks in advance.
0714- Others, Service Sector. Minimum 8% of total rental collections.
