dear Gaurav,
You don't give the place of ur residence or ur Registration....
however if u belong to Delhi / NCR you have to apply for that to the Noida office oF ICAI-BOS
You r required to write an application for the same with the NOida Office and they will send u a Duplicate copy of ur Mark Sheet.
You have the option to Give the Application personally or By Post.
