Marks of 50th rank holder in pcc

Dear sir

I ve cleared i p c e . I ve converted from p e 2 to i p ce , I ve passed 1st group in p e 2 latter i ve converted to i p c e and  i cleared ipce in this nov 2011 attempt . I ve completed my articleship 15 months and on may 22nd my articleship will be completing 18 months so please let me know that whether this may attempt i can appear for final exam shall i fill the exam form please please let me know

For Final Examination 2.5 year Articleship is required.
